Innovative Design

With the release of Rogue Racing Ford Raptor Stage 4 Suspension we needed a bumper with a great approach angle. We have been working on designing the cleanest, best fitting pre-runner style bumper we could. Our solution: The RENEGADE, a strong, great looking, functional off-road bumper for those who push their trucks to the extreme, or even those who just want a simple low profile, sleek bumper. This unique design is the first of its kind to package a 42" Radius LED Lightbar tightly underneath the valance and only sticks out .75" from stock valance. It's constructed with heavy duty aluminum tubing and steel and comes standard with our gusseted belly skid plate and cross member support for serious strength. This design closely hugs the curves of the front of the Raptor and extends all the way to the end of the fender flare with a stylish end cap, that looks complete and mirrors OEM style. Like always our bumpers are all CAD designed for precise fitment. To achieve this approach angle please note this bumper does require cutting of the frame horns. Another feature exclusive to Rogue Racing is our sub assembly for precise adjustment and fitment.This sub assembly  ensures proper fitment and wont allow the bumper to side shirt, a common problem with frame horn chop style bumpers. The sub assembly locates OEM holes, uses a though slug and speed clip for the bottom tab. This bumper also features a custom 42” LED Light bar exclusively designed by Rogue Racing  with a more “curved” extrusion to match the Ford Raptor valance. Frame horn chop required.

Custom Options

The RENEGADE bumper can be customized and configured to the customers needs and preferences. We offer a variety of durable powdercoat finishes to choose from as well. Standard coating is a fine textured black powdercoat that is forgiving to scratches, or you can choose to upgrade to a smooth satin black or custom colored powdercoat finish. Our powdercoat is a 5 stage process, and is rated for a 5000 hour salt spray test. This durable coating is backed by a warranty and you can rest assured that the finish is just as durable as the bumper itself and with withstand the test of time as well as harsh elements. Additional lighting can be added to each of the sides.

Attention to Detail & Heavy Duty Construction

All Rogue Racing bumpers are engineered via CAD to ensure a tight precise fitment and ease of install. We manufacture all Rogue Racing bumpers 100% in house at our manufacturing facility in Henderson, Nevada. A Rogue Racing bumper is defined by it's attention to detail with high quality precise welds and clean finishes. Yet is strong enough to handle the most extreme off-road driving conditions. Rogue Racing Off-Road bumpers are constructed from the durable materials for serious protection. It's heavy duty tubular design is constructed using 2" & 1.5" .120 Wall Mild Steel Tubing. Our skid plates are laser cut out of 3/16" aluminum to protect the under components of the truck. We also include standard with every Ford Raptor bumper a heavy duty replacement belly skid plate constructed of 1/8" steel. This belly skid plate is additionally reinforced with a gusseted cross member bracket. This belly skid plate is just an example of Rogue Racing attention to detail. Other companies do not offer this and dirt and debris build up with other aftermarket bumpers, we designed a solution for this, as well as providing extreme protection from rock gouges, and other damage from off-roading.
